Position 1: Training Manager
• To work with the Council or designated Committee and
LEAD Manager to organize training courses, technical workshops
and seminars as directed.
• To develop new courses working with Councils’
partners from academia, PUB, and other international agencies
and to market and conduct the courses in accordance with the
set targets.
We are looking for a graduate with some 8 years experience
in training administration or coordination. Candidates with
an HR or training related experience will be appropriate.
Position 2: IT/Communications Manager
• To work with the LEAD Manager to develop an SWA portal
and to post analytical reports.
• To utilise the portal to announce projects of interest
to members and to serve as a vibrant communications point.
• To use IT to assist in the work of the LEAD Manager
and the Training functions and other communications and publications
vehicles of the SWA.
We are looking for a candidate with IT qualifications and
who writes and speaks well.
Candidates wishing to take a break to try out new areas of
