Partner’s Day – SWA × NTUC
Date: Thursday, 6 November 2025 Time: 2:00 pm – 4:00 pm
Venue: e2i West, Devan Nair Institute for Employment and Employability (80 Jurong East Street 21, Hall 4, Singapore 609607)
As the Singapore Water Association (SWA) advances into the next phase of its transformation under SWA 2.0, strengthening workforce capabilities and enterprise resilience lies at the heart of its mission. SWA 2.0 envisions a future-ready water industry that is digital, sustainable, and globally competitive, powered by innovation and people – with strategic focus on Industrial Water Solutions, Coastal Protection, and Digital Transformation.
To achieve this, SWA is partnering with NTUC SME Partners to present the Partner’s Day – SWA × NTUC, a platform that enables our members to tap into the Company Training Committee (CTC) Grant – a strategic enabler that helps companies digitalise, redesign jobs, and uplift workforce productivity.
This collaboration is timely as Singapore’s water sector stands at an inflection point where digitalisation, automation, and AI are transforming operations and workforce needs. SWA 2.0 calls for an ecosystem-wide shift – integrating AI, data analytics, and digital-twin technologies while equipping the workforce with future-ready skills.
Through this Partner’s Day, SWA and NTUC will show how the CTC Grant accelerates SWA 2.0 by helping companies strengthen digital readiness, enhance productivity and sustainability, and boost competitiveness. Members will hear from industry and labour leaders and learn from real-world case studies on AI-assisted asset management and digital automation that are already reshaping the sector. By tapping the CTC Grant now, SWA members can future-proof their teams and grow together with Singapore’s evolving water ecosystem.
